If you are not happy with the products you have received, you can of course exchange them or send them back for a refund.
Exchanges
Send an email to hello@liolio.com and give us your order number and we’d be happy to help. We currently do not offer free returns so please keep in mind that you have to cover the shipping cost. It is important for the product you have received to be unused and in the same condition as when you first received it. If there is anything wrong with your order or the received products, we will cover the shipping charge of sending it back to our warehouse. Please do not return anything without contacting our customer service first.
Returns

Shipping
If you wish to make a return or exchange, you will receive instructions on how to return your product and where via our customer service. We will help you with a return shipping label that costs SEK 36 and will be deducted from your refund. You can also choose to send the package via your own preferred shipping method to us, but keep in mind that you are responsible for ensuring that the package has tracking as we cannot help you with your return/exchange if the package does not arrive to us. Your order number must be included in the package in order for us to be able to link the correct return to the right customer. Refund
We aim to handle returns within maximum 10 days from the day we receive them at our warehouse. The money will be refunded to you within 30 days and will depend on the payment method you selected when you placed the order.

Domestic (Sweden)
Our goal is always to send your package the next business day after you place your order. After your parcel is packed and ready, it will be picked up by our shipping partner Postnord. The package is sent as a “Varubrev” and, according to Postnord, should take 2-3 working days to arrive. Any delay may occur on the part of Postnord or in the event of extremely high pressure on the website. You can find more information about the Postnord’s Varubrev service here: Postnord Information.
By choosing Postnord Varubrev at checkout, you agree that Postnord Varubrev is delivered in a mailbox, at the door, or in a bag outside the mailbox. If the parcel cannot be delivered to the mailbox, door or bag, the recipient must pick it up at a service point. It is Postnord that chooses which of these alternatives to use, and we at LioLio Nails have no opportunity to influence the delivery method.
In your confirmation email, you will receive a tracking number for your package and we always recommend downloading Postnord’s own app where you can follow the parcel’s journey.
